    Default Bearded Vultures fighting


    Taken at Giants Castle South Africa. They had a big fight. Young one tried to eat with adult there and adult just decided no....

    Kobus, great interaction, both in focus, and love their postures. Great timing to capture them apart.

    Lovely capture. For a second I wasn't sure of the land to the right was distracting but I then realised it helps provide the context of the story and without it I don't think the image would be as strong as it would just appear to be 'two birds in the air'.

    Excellent capture Kobus. I would remove the piece of land simply because your bait is visible. I love the fact that both eyes are visible.

    I'm going later in June and would like to hear from you about focal lengths. Was 400 enough or did you wish for more.

    Thx so much for all the comments. Stephen I did wish for more with the smaller birds like the crows etc....the crows does land closer though....500 is the perfect length Imo but 400 was great. Just a bit of a crop. But with the fight seen I clipped a lot of wings in some shots. Hope it answers you cheers
