We were visiting Rock City in Chattanooga, Tennessee and saw a Bird of Prey show. I photographed this Red Tipped Hawk with my Canon 50D. ISO 200, f/4.0, 1/1250 sec, EF24-105mm f/4.0L IS USM, 105mm, Evaluative Metering, Auto Exposure, Auto WB. No Flash, but I wish I had had one. Comments Welcome.....

I like the eye contact and sweeping look Richard Strong portrait About all I would do is maybe lighten the eye a bit !! Really nice !!!

Hi Richard - Agree with AL not much I would do to this - like how you have framed this and there is a good catchlight in the eye. BG compliments the bird nicely - specular highlights are not too bright.
Looking forward to seeing more :)

    Hey Mr. Waas,
I like the in your face pose...sweet capture. I too would tend to lighten up the eye a tad...good show...
