I like this one a lot, although it will be interesting to see what the comments are relative to the framing / crop (I like the crop).

There is only one thing I'd work on a bit and that would be to brighten up and sharpen the eye a bit.

Ditto about the eye, I believe it also might need some extra USM.

Love the curve on the neck and the uniform BG. May be some fill flash for the dark areas would have helped.

This is a very solid image IMO. Wish I had taken it. Would only consider a very slight increase in eye sharpness.
