    Works for me. Love the still green water, reed reflections, and the preening pose. Only thing that bugs me is the broken off stumps. Well Done!

    Nice image Steve. Like what I see. Like the BG.

    If it were to change, I would like to see a little more water on the bottom, which would accent the stillness. But great as is. I like the stump. Must have been in a resevoir like area, as it is a chainsaw cut.

    Steve, I like this lots. Serenity at its best. Excellent exposure on the blacks, sharp, with good detail. I love the texture of the perch, and the blurred BG works well in this. Great image.

    I like it but believe that your getting a bit lower to place more of the bird against the o-o-f sticks would have improved it. I perfer broken stumps and branches to chain-sawed ones....

    Like the mood and agree with more water below.

    I like the mood and BG. I would put the bird a bit higher in the frame and raise the color temperature a bit.
