I like that you have an odd number of pelicans. And although they are facing away from the viewer, you can still distinguish their bills. I think I would crop more off the bottom and would try removing the birds in flight. I like the colors in this image very much and the soft horizon between sea and sky.

Super image but agree - the birds in flight do draw one's eye away. Colours do it for me.

That is certainly magic light, I love trying out all the different magic light periods, and think that yours is supberb.
