    Hi Folks:

    "Whoa, Nelly."

    Taking it slow, breaking in another Laptop (Toshiba again), also taking it easy with a left eye problem from a bicycle accident 25 years ago. Having a minor operation June 22nd., when Gina returns home from England. Theme for a series of birds I photographed in our garden is "Breakfast with the Birds", that will be shown with all their warts!!

    Happy to be back

    Hi Uncle Gus - congrats on the IOTW :) Nice to see you back.

    Like the pose and the concentration on the bird, the BG is a little distracting, part that bothers me the most is the flash shadow of the bird - just my personal taste though.

    Keep em coming :)

    Big Congrats on the recent IOTW Gus ... and big welcome back !!!

    Looks like that bird is going to do some stomping !!! I like the pose and behavior just funny seeing the cactus behind !!! .... the brighter area does take your eye away from the bird !!!

    Hi Folks;

    How about a Jiffy BG using CS4, first, File>New, same size as original with BG Color taken from TLC. Press "V" (Move) and drag original on top of New. Then use background eraser and make sharp edge around Dove, cleanup BG using Eraser.

    Working on JPG reduces quality a mite, so I gave it some Curves to brighten it up with Linear Contrast.

    Not Kosher for one trying to take photos with/ camera. However, about 10 minutes did make an improvement ??

    Hi Uncle Gus. Good to see you back online! I really like the repost. That dove is intent on stomping something! Nice PS work.
