this is a composite of three separate images....the lettering on the side is
supposed to be "awareness". "patience" and I forgot the last one. After
composing everything, added a little texture and then a mauve to light blue gradient.
The little red chop is composed of my three initials

C/C expected and thanks for looking in

    REPOST below w/new chop

Lovely Dave. Love the canvas texture, if anything might add a bit of canvas on the top of each and increase the vertical. I am humbled by your PP skills!

Wow, great triptych and the oriental words and symbols, coupled with the texture make this one a winner. Love the first one the most.

Great PS work Dave! Great original captures also! The herons look like they are doing Tia Chi! Good job on the design of your chop! However, a chop is a relief carving in stone usually, and is dipped in red oily ink and stamped on the piece. Your white letters are not consistent with this method, as they should be the same color/texture as your canvas and this of course works better with a white or very light canvas. With the 3 separate panels, you have 3 times the elements to critique here! I like the overall look of this piece, but when I look closer, I feel that each panel is crowded, mainly by the size of font for your calligraphy and the chop ! I would like to see a smaller chop and a smaller, black font here. Also, if you are going to use an inspirational chop or message, it should somehow be connected to the subject in the piece. I am having a hard time doing this here (I can't read Chinese or any Asian language, but you've translated). But, having said all of the above, this is OOTB right!!

Dave, that is SOOO!! much better! It is such a small change, but to my eye, a huge impact. The white calligraphy within the original chop was really pulling my eye to it. Now, the images are much more balanced, even with the white upper calligraphy!
    IMO:)
