    Default Butterfly

Quite often while having my coffe in the morning I walk around in the garden. Not long ago I found this one. I set a stepping stone as background.
    Suggestions are welcome.

Hi Ovidiu Did butterflies today and can appreciate the difficulty !!!

Tough getting a good angle/bg with enough dof !!! Most of the focus in on the center back and the head a little soft Bg is light and competing with the insect. It is a good pose for showing the back side pattern.

If I was able would have photographed from the front and level Gives them a special look !!! btw when I can get enough dof will always go wide open and try to pint point the focus point !!!

Hi - colours and detail look great - lovely markings on this guy.

BTW - He is a perfect subject for the upcoming flipped out theme in OTB.

    Hi Ovidiu:

Was expecting the Mother Ship to appear, that butterfly is certainly unusual.

    Thanks for sharing
