    Default Elephants on dirt track

    This image is of the same herd from Bandipur National Park, India that I had posted earlier. After they charged and we ran away to saftey, watched them from a distance. Then after sometime, slowly backed the jeep to move closer when I found their body language to be ok.

    Canon EOS 1D Mark II, EF 28-135 mm f3.5-5.6 IS lens, ISO 400, f6.3, 1/250 at 70 mm. Full frame image.

    They looked sort of peaceful there Sabyasachi Imagine is good to be on alert with large animals around. Love the setting !!!

    It must be such a treat to watch these animals in the wild. Have to be careful too, I suppose, very nice image as presented.

    It good to understand animals behaviour and manners, so we know where to, and where not to cross the boundaries.
