    My first foray into flora. Photographed this fern against a white house. Reminds me of a monster face.

    OOPs sorry, my wife was rushing me out the door for lunch.
    Exposure: 1/60 sec. @ f8
    Focal length: 300mm
    ISO: 200
    No flash
    Tripod
    Cloned out a couple of very small growths on the bottom of the stem and some shadow on LLC
    Cropped 1/3 from right due to sharp black line.

    I do think I see remnants of the clone marks at the bottom left corner and near the stem on the right. You might try using a softer brush next time and blend, blend, blend!

    Other than that, I really like this. I'd love to see what happens next as that top frond unfurls!

    Julie, the clone marks are visible aren't they. They weren't that noticeable when I first posted it. Thanks for the tip.

    Hey Roy,
    I may want to tighten it up a bit more but that is my tastes.....definitely little shop of horrors here. Considering you were at 1/60 already.....you did very well with the sharpness Nice first foray!
