Hi Jim, the BG needs another round of noise reduction and the bird lacks details (is this one a big crop?) but the Bg is outstanding and I like the action a lot. Very good exposure job but I think that this image has not your usual high quality standard :-)
I preety much agree with Juan's comment here. Still, nice pose and backside view. Congratulations!
It's a terrific pose Jim! I agree with Juan's observations regarding sharpness.

Super flight angle, and like the posture. Exposure looks good, but have to agree regarding the sharpness.
