This parrot loves to have his photo taken. After 30 years or so of life I can see why. He must be very bored not living in a tropical jungle. I used my Canon EOS- 1D, 100- 400 mm. IS L @ 370 and my Better Beamer plus 550 EX flash. My exposure was 1/ 45 sec. @ f/ 8.0 at ISO 320.
