I was walking on St. George Island and there was not a person in sight for miles. I came upon this beautiful Heron wading on the shore line. I was able to walk up on him and photographed this image with my Canon 5D MKII. Right after, he flew off. That image I posted earlier ("Soaring"). It does have a DC look Richard !! The highly saturated colors up top go well with the bird !!! I like the pose and raised crest !!!
