    Default Assignment: Color - Earth Tones-brown - "Nature's Curl"

Assignment: Color – Earth tones brown - “Nature’s Curl”

Note: This is a double exposure consisting of three frames. The ambient lighting was bounced and directed by means of reflector panels, and diffusers.

This pretty lady was painted with a Nikon D2x, using a Nikkor 200mm f/4 IF-ED macro lens, with a 20mm extension tube.

    Image Solution:
    focal length @ 200mm / exposure mode @ manual / in camera matrix metering / 1/250sec. - f/40 / exposure comp @ +1.0EV / ISO @ 320 / white balance @ cloudy / AF - Mode @ manual / color space @ sRGB / lighting solution – ambient light / tone comp @ +2 degrees / hue adjustment @ +2 degrees / saturation factor @ +3 degrees / support platform - tripod assist, with macro focusing rail and remote electronic trigger release.

    Comments greatly appreciated...

Hi Gus, I quite like the painterly feel to this as well as the flowing lines and gorgeous soft color. Well done!

Gus - I love the contrast of the sharpness of the curve and the softness of the bg and the soft colors are heavenly!
