Robin on a Wire

I was lucky enough to find this very friendly Robin last week whilst walking around College Lake near Tring.

Canon 1D mk 3, 1/640 @ f/5.6, 300mm, ISO400, monopod.

There is nice detail and beautiful color in your robin. Also, a very nice "in your face" image. I wish that you had been able to move to your left so that the bird would not have been obstructed by the post.

Thanks for the feedback Lana, much appreciated. I agree with you about the post, unfortunately I couldn't move any further left at that time (bushes in the way), but that gives me something to look out for next time! :)
