    I like the pose with the raised foot and the ruffled head/neck feathers though a slight head turn towards you would have been even better. Good exposure, colors, and sharpness. The vertical comp works well here, but I would suggest a crop from the right and more room on the left if you have it.

    Hi Stuart,

    Good exposure and sharpness. The composition does not work IMO. I would like to see more room in front of the bird and not so much wasted space in the back.

    I have to agree with Maxis´ suggestion about taking some room out from the right, other than that, the walking pose, nice light, vivid colors, great detail, clean BG, ambient and textures are superb! Congratulations!

    One more vote for more space in front of the bird and less behind it.

    Even though the bird is looking a few degrees away, you have good exposure and sharpness here. Very nice egret. Keep them coming.

    Great crest and colors. Birs is positioned wrong, though. You need more space in front and less in the back.
