    I like the angle, soft light and head angle. The eye looks overflashed and I would crop it tighter.

    How many flashes did you use? I agree with Axel about the eye looking overflashed. It's too bad the bird wasn't pointing the other direction; it would have balanced the composition. I'd tone down the bright rocks and sharpen the bird just a little more.

    Nice pose and natural looking setting. The background is too noisy, however, and the eye needs some work. If you haven't already I would crop some from the right and top.
