    from a few weeks ago. cropped to pano to accentuate the plant.

    D300, Bigma at 500, f/9, 1/800s, 0EV, ISO 500, flash fill at +3.0EV

    Great mood, composition, details and light. I also like the searching pose. A catchlight would have been nice but I know how difficult this can be with these chicks and the partially closed eye didn't help with it, either.

    Very cute, this little fella looks quite helpless. I like the pano crop, but I think you can go even further and crop to just above your signature as I feel there is just a bit much room below the long branch. Good thinking though. Excellent expoure and sharpness. That's alot of fill flash at +3 although it doesn't show :-)

    I like the look and feel of this one, Harold. The light and exposure are very nice and the pano crop works well here. Easy to see how these little guys can hide on an open beach - they blend right in. Well done.

    I like the comp, with the chick following the vegatation diagonally across the image. Great exposure with your flashwork, well done Harold.
