    I know its more than a little busy, but there is something in
    the mood of this image that I like. Also its the best shot
    of a red start todate for me. Darn they are tough to get a clean
    shot of.
    50D, 400DO F4 Is, shot at 1/640, Iso 400, F7.1 -.33 of a stop.
    Remove a branch or two, burned areas, lighted areas, and of
    course sharpened and cropped a bunch.

    Great pic. Nice colors of the bird, and then those colours of the tree. The brown bough disturbs a little.

    Don, I've been chasing one for a couple of weeks now, and would love to get a shot like yours. The only thing I noticed about yours is the yellow should be more orange than it is, otherwise good job.:)
