    Default "Morning Rain"

    “Morning Rain”

This pretty lady lives in my Pops’ garden. She was painted with a Nikon D2x, using a Nikkor 200mm f/4 IF-ED macro lens, with a 25mm extension tube.

    Image Solution:
    focal length @ 200mm / exposure mode @ manual / in camera matrix metering / 1/125sec. - f/32 / exposure comp @ -0.7EV / ISO @ 400 / white balance @ cloudy / AF - Mode @ manual / color space @ sRGB / lighting solution – ambient light / tone comp @ +2 degrees / hue adjustment @ +2 degrees / saturation factor @ +2 degrees / support platform - tripod assist, with macro focusing rail and remote electronic trigger release.

    Comments greatly appreciated...

OK, i'm going against the grain here, gustavo. the colors around the petal seemed too muted to go with the beautiful colors in the petal itself. if you could pump up the colors in the yellows below the petal, ...........those were my first thoughts......still thinking...will get back to you later.
