    Richard, I like the composition and the colors really make this one for me.

    Beautifully done, Richard. I don't think I've ever realized there was this kind of color span to this tree! It's very nice as presented - has a really soft feel. For me, personally, I'd either increase the contrast a bit or perhaps just lighten it a bit more.

    This is a piece of bark I picked up from the ground. I photographed the back side where it is not unusual to find reddish hues. The front side was all white.

    This is a very nice shot of Birch Bark. I have never thought to look at the back. The colors really add to the photo.
