    Default Aplomado falcon

Yesterday we headed to a lagoon, only to find that the draught had made it almost dissappear. Ergo, almost no birds. When we returned to Buenos Aires, we decided to give a secondary route a try, expecting to find some bird perching on the fences and shooting from the car. This one wouldn't allow us to get very close, but it made the day for me.

I like the head angle and eye contact. The perch is not ideal and I might crop it vertically.

Good catch with the prey, Patricio. Agree with Axel's suggestion re a portrait crop. A bit of +EC may have been helpful.

Nice pose, and the light is nice and soft. The real problem is the distance from the subject. I would crop it as Axel and Tony mentioned.
