    Marc, there's a lot going on in this image and I really think it takes a lot of the focus off that beautiful flower. I would encourage you to crop in from the bottom and right side so that you get some of the lily pad and none of the other distracting stuff in the image.

    Yes! Don't you think that brings more attention to the flower? You still get to see the "environment" with the lily pad but now the flower takes center stage. Nicely done!

    Hey Marc, the crop really improved the image. The tigher shot makes that flower pop, and it also gets rid of the blotches on the pad. Well done.
