It rained last night so I went out to my back porch in the morning and was searching for some nice angles on some leaves with water drops on them. In this particular angle I thought the leave popping out the left added a nice touch. I shot this with a Canon 5D, Canon 180 mm lens with a 12mm tube. The settings were 1/60, F9.5 and 800 ISO. There was no lens filter used.

Gordon, I like this composition alot! I do see quite a bit of noise and/or grain in the darker colors - you might run some noise reduction of try a light gaussian blur on the BG areas to bring that down. I also think you might have oversharpened the main drop & stem just a bit too much. Try backing off so it's crisp without looking stark.

Hey Gordon, this has some pop to it, very vibrant color, love the comp, agree with Jules suggestions.
