    Very nice shot Bill! I must point out though that this is a male Lazuli Bunting and not a bluebird. He is not completely moulted into breeding plumage though. Nice BG and sharpeness, I wish that you could have been more at eye level, but very good none the less!

    Thanks for setting me straight Dan! You are right of course. But it was blue, and it is a bird, hence "bluebird"!

    a nice one Bill....new species for me.
    On comp, I may crop differently to eliminate the big oof curl of branch.

    otherwise, nice and sharp where it counts

    Great bird and look-back head angle. You needed more room below to include all of the swinging perch wth a bit of a border below.

    Super pose, and love the colours on him. Comp wise, I would take off the left to eliminate the twisted branch.
