    Manual mode
    1/250 sec
    f/14, ISO 320
    tripod

    PP: levels, 5% contrast, USMask, selective color saturation (blue at -20, green (+10) , yellow and red at +15), noise reduction to blur the BG
    /colors are spot on my hardware calibrated monitor, but in the office without no calibration doesn't look so good. However, with movie mode on the LCD everything gets OK/

    There are some great details in the feather, especially around the ears. I have to wonder why you didn't fix the red-eye though?

    Great details and find. The eyes look overflashed but that is easy to fix. I'm wondering whether a vertical crop might work, too.
