During my holiday on the Greec island of Lesbos, i encountered this beautifull species gettering nestmaterial.

Nice capture and complementing BG. The head looks a bit soft due to motion blur and I would give it more room right and bottom.

Ditto Axel. Too bad the head wasn't perfectly frozen as that would have been a stunner!! Also a bit tight in the frame - how much of a crop is this to have such a small flying bird occupying so much space?

Nice shot. Wings look a little uncomfortable for the bird, but didn't seem to bother the flight.

I like the BG, as well as the angle of the tail versus the wings.

    Agree with expanding borders.

    Hi,

Lovely light. Looks soft in my monitor. I would like to see a little more room all around.

Very well done to capture such a very fast flier. Unfortunately, this is a bit soft, otherwise this would have been a winner. Agree more space would help too.

No crop at all. Its full frame. So i had to clone more photograph to it to get more space.

Cool catpure and timing. Wish the head would be a touch sharper, but still and excellent catpure.

Great capture and behaviour! My personal preference for small birds in action is 1/3200, to prevent any blur. I think in this case your focus was spot on, but a higher shutter speed may have made the head a touch sharper (?)

Thanx fore youre comments and tips and tricks. I onley think that with the ligth i had getting to a shutterspeed of 1/3200 would cost me a lot of noice:)
