Hi all. I posted this in Avian yesterday and thought I could make it a little better. I added some subtle clouds in the sky with a cloud brush and bumped up the saturation just a tad. :)

Captured last weekend at Cachuma Lake.

Kerry, saw this in avian, and I like the boost in saturation. Personally I prefer an all blue sky as I find the clouds a little too manipulated. My .02 anyways. Wonderful shot of the osprey though.

Thanks Jackie! I had a comment (from outside the forum) that the sky looked artificial with no clouds so I thought I would try it both ways. :)

Hi Kerry - love the pose, Nice underwing detail, sharp eye, good Ha - exposure looks pretty good.
    Clouds look O.K.
    Keep em coming.

I guess I'm used to the clear skies so the original is just fine. Did well with the clouds but do look manipulated. For the sky I normally desaturate just a bit and usually looks better.

Lots of detail under the wing, might increase contrast in the lighter back of the wing !!! Excellent !!!

Kerry, I saw this in Avian and like the real sky more. I think the details and the HA are sweet!
