    Default Ladie House Sparrow

This "pest", along with all 30 of her associates constantly make a mess of my feeders. I switched over to safflower seeds this weekend and they won't eat it, problem solved for now at least. I still think they are nice looking birds though. I wish the leaf wasn't in the way.

They can be a pest for sure here in North America by their aggressive behaviour towards our native species, but no one can deny their simple beauty... Plus they are quite entertaining to watch, especially when a fight between two males breaks out!

I agree with your self assesment about the leaf in front, at least it gives a bit of a Spring feel. I would like to see more space below as the feet are quite tight to the edge. I could also do without the large OOF object. Exposure, sharpness, and subdued colours all look great.

    I like the sparrows Brian.
The clone and patch tool will make quick work of that leaf.
I did it in about a minute.....just an idea if you do this sort of thing.

exposure looks pretty good and image can still stand more sharpening on the bird.
    Really like the neutral bg
