    Default A Bang on the Window

    As we sat drinking coffee we heard a slight bang on our window and thought oh no another dead bird. It was with great relief we found this Malachite Kingfisher slightly stunned but still alive. He sat for a while on a plant tub and took off for the nearby tree.

    Interesting story. Angle of the bird here not too appealing, but great colours and BG!

    A beautiful bird. I would tone down the highlights on the branch. Glad he's alright.

    Well exposed colours on the MK Ken, and like the two tone colours in the BG. I agree the angle is a bit high in this, but hopefully he will return for you.

    So glad it all ended well for this little beauty. Lovely BG and good exposure and detail. As mentioned only wish for a slightly lower angle but thanks for sharing this image with us Ken.
