    Beautiful top-side view of this individual. I also like the glance-back pose it gave you. As presented it looks slightly oversharpened? Good comp and subtle colours. The option is there to repair the broken secondary featrher if that is within your post-processing ethics :-)

    Lovely position of the bird here. Like these banking images where you can see the top of the bird. Like the head angle too. I would leave the broken feather, as it adds character to the bird.

    Very well exposed showing good feather detail. Good flight angle showing the wing spread and nice eye contact.

    Nice shot.

    I would only make one suggestion for your consideration. I would expand the border right and bottom a little. That is a big bird and the area to fly into seems limited to me. The top and left side are good, but given the head angle it appears it is headed for the lower right corner and will be there before your next frame! ;)
