    I like the facial expression and composition. You could try to lighten the eye and there are some dust spots in the BG. There are also some jpg artifacts in the BG, maybe due to heavy compression or resaving.

    I agree. I think the image lacks eye contact because of the dark eye balls.

    I like the inquisitive look. I remember these birds, they are quite aggressive and get really close to the cars.
    Agree on the comments about the eye. A bigger catch light would have helped.

    Your comp works well, and you have captured some good detail. Bringing some detail out the eye would improve this.
