Fine detail on that bee Gus Tough getting an angle on these, if possible would like the oof not as prominent

Did you set up and waited for the bee? Using the rail makes all the difference for sharpness but its tough on framing !!!!

I pre focused on a point and waited for Cecilia to come into range, did not have much time to play with; Cecilia is a frisky little girl...:D:cool:

Gus, The details on your bee are very nice and I like the tight crop.

love that eye and all the fine detail. very cool. i could see where doing some house cleaning on the set up would help. trimming the stamen on the camera side of the setup would give you a perfectly clean cecilia.

Love the fine detail you got on the bee, Gus! I agree that the stamens are rather distracting.
