Alternative Flash Bracket for Wimberly WH-200

Just received my WH-200 and the Better Beamer for flash. I looked at how much Wimberly is asking for the flash support and found the price to be really really silly.

Now I am hoping that someone found a clone or alternative hardware that could be attached to the gimbal to mount the flash onto.

So anyone? :D

Pao it is a steep price but coming to think of it ... I haven't seen one!!!

Will be interesting if anyone has come up with a reasonable alternative :)

The Wimberley flash modules are very well designed and manufactured. They offer a great deal of flexibilty and are practically works of art. If you can find a better one or even a comparable one for less money I'll be surprised. For me the Wimberley products are worth the money. Unfortunately I am not associated with Wimberley in any way other than as a satisfied customer.

I feel the same way about the brackets They are expensive but worth it and do last !!! .... btw if you end up buying one would suggest the one that mounts on the head itself not on the lens foot !!!
