You get points for the wing position and the comp but the background is too hot on my computer and the eye looks strange, is the membrane over the eye?
Hard to tell.

Nice pose, good composition. The overexposed whites and lack of detail bring this down IMHO.

Hi Todd,

The hawk looks a little small in the frame. I also think the image is overexpose especially in the BG, which create a huge distraction in your image. Perhaps 1/2 stop darker would help the image.
