When it comes to showing texture in whites, you are the man, well done.

So I can learn, why was flash set to manual and not TTL. I noticed you dropped two stops of light as well, thanks.

Hi Jeff - I find that manual flash gives me more control over the flash output as all I am really wanting to do is add a little highlight here and there - If the flash wasn't to fire - my exposure is still correct for the ambient light.
I find -2 or so tends to be just about right for the effect I am after - DEpending on the light conditions at the time.
