    The perch is fruit and blossoms at the top of Saguaro Cactus.

    1/800 at F11 and ISO400
    Bigma at 500mm
    Canon 40D

    Love the sharpness and the flower and the perfect EXP. In fact, love almost everything about it. I saw dozens of these on my SUV Songbird Road Trip (see the blog at www.birdsasart-blog.com) for the whole story) without getting one decent image; they are tough.

    I do believe that a small crop from the left strengthens this immeasurably.

    Beautiful image w/ great sharpness and an interesting looking perch-I like the crop from the left also.

    Great perch, eye contact and good angle. I like the idea of a slight crop off the left.

    Scott, great image. I love the exposure, the sharpness, and the sense of habitat from the Saguaro perch. If you chose to crop, I do like Arthur's suggestion.
