Default Micro Adj on MKIII and 600 f/4 help

I just got my camera back the other day and got outside and did the micro adjust on the MKIII using my 600 f/4 and also the 1.4 TC

Let me know what you guys think here please.

    600mm set at "0"

    600 +1

    600 +1.4 set at 0

    600 + 1.4 set at +1

To give an example of what the settings use to be the 600 was set at +15 and using the 1.4 it was at +11

Now it's tough looks like at using the 1.4 TC the with setting at "0" in my eyes the 1 on the 18 is a bit more focused than the 0 on the 20 then go up to +1 and it's exact opp so I'm splitting hairs here.
As for the 600 alone I don't know if there is a noticable difference at "0" or +1 but thats why I'm seeking advice from some of you that may have a better computer monitor than I

There was no PP done they all were shot in Jpeg and uploaded
The card was my focus point and is set right on the 19

The angle these were shot at were aprox 45 deg.

Also does one want a bit more FF or BF when shooting birds? Thats about the only difference i see here with the settings at 0 and +1

    Thanks in ADVANCE

Hi James Its tough being able to see what is going on with that target. I'm sure it will get you close but only so much.

Will be calibrating mine using the Lens Align. If you look at their video might give you a better ideal.... Lens and target must be perfectly set up !!

    Thanks for the info.

I did a test the other day using a focus screen downloaded into a pdf file and basically was a bunch of circles that when became focused showed the circles and crisp edges. The settings I showed that day are exacly what I got today using the card and yardstick method taped to the side of my house.
The same day I did the cocus screen test I setup 2 yd sticks side by side and put them on a 45 deg angle and only difference on that was I showed a +1 w/o the TC and +3 with it but later found out I didn't have the equipment setup properly as I was shooting down onto the yd sticks.
Well today I leveled the camera and lens and then set the yd stick at same plane as the camera/lens was and did the focus test again and came up with the same numbers as focusing on the computer screen.

I also question now that its that close do I set it to back focus a tad or set to FF a tad
