This was shot about 8:30 AM and converted to night. The Nik midnight filter gave me the night effect and then some additional tweaking brought it up.

Dave, I like the tones you've gotten here. My first thought was that the image needed rotation, but it seems to be more from the receeding base of the mountains. It kind of balances out well.
