A fellow which is a little difficult to identify since there are some other spp that look very similar. The best key to identify these guys is by their calls and distribution.

Nice composition, good head angle, a new bird for me. Exposure good.
The tail seems a bit sharper than the head, and I might take a pass at sharpening the head selectively. A very good eye, and I think it would really pop with a bit more contrast.
Overall, the image contrast seems very low. I don't know this bird as I mentioned, but it seems like it should have a little more snap to it.
Thanks for posting. Perhaps someone else who knows the bird can comment more on its contrast.
Just a quick tweak or two in NX2. Increased the contrast slightly, lightened the shadows on lower abdomen, sharpened the eye a bit. I was a bit limited by the jpeg to work with, but I think this has a bit more punch without being gaudy or hopefully unrealistic.
