    HI

I got this beauty about 9 months ago in Austria, I was shooting Stonechats, when he suddly dropped down right in front of my lens ! :)
Some might find it a little tight, but it's full frame and the perch is not that exciting, so I like it as it is.
I love these Shrike, they are so wonderful colored !!! :)

Beautiful. I don't think it is too tight, but I like them more "in your face" than most.

Very nice Jan, the exposure is just perfect. Not too tight in my books. Well done!

Love the image the way it is.

You might not realize this but a slight darkening of the eye would make it even better. You can use a mask to do it in 2 seconds.

Very nice, Jan. Looks very similar to the Loggerhead we have on this side of the globe. I like the composition, and the simple design draws a lot of attention to your subject.

Excellent image Jan! One of my favorite birds. I'm hoping for some good opportunities with these this summer.
