Here’s one from a few weeks back. I photographed 10 species of tanagers in 5 minutes at this fruiting Cicropia tree.

You gotta love mixed species flocks!!

Nicely done, very sharp at 1/160
Composition is not easy here and you did quite well.
I wish the in-focus leaf on the right was not there but good
as presented too. The cecropia fanned leaf oof fits very nicely
    in the comp.

Very nice image of a beautiful bird, Glenn. Exposure and sharpness are right on. I agree about the leaf on the right hand side but what can you do? I like the inclusion of the bit of fruit. Is this full-frame? Just thinking that if it wasn't you might consider a different crop. By the way, the genus is Cecropia.

    Congrats on a nice image!
    Cheers,
    Greg

I love the colors and details of the bird. I like the inclusion of the habitat. It work here in my opinion due to the fact that you were able to capture the bird with out any branches or leaves intersecting with the bird. Thanks for sharing.
