    I would be tempted to take a tad off the left.

    Brilliant detail on the head and near wing, and the eye shows up nicely. Lovely flying posture, and pops from the BG nicely. Comp wise, I would take a bit off the left, and add a tad to the bottom. Great image Dave.

    Thanks to all for looking and for comments.
    As far as the comp goes I tried to get the front of the wing close to the 1/3 line and the wing body junction close to the 1/3 cross point. (only guidelines, not rules, I know)

    Excellent image, Dave. My only comment would be to possibly mask the sharpening back on the off the quills of the primaries - I really like the upcurved tips of the primaries but the quills look oversharpened - this is only a web issue - I'm sure they look great at full res. Makes me homesick for Giants Castle!
