    Captured outside my room at Villa Lapas, Costa Rica. It's probably not sharp enough, but I like it:)

    I like it also Dan !!!

    Interesting composition The leaf is actually balancing the branch and I like the overall effect Sharpness wise it doesn't look bad at all and I like the look on that little guy !!! Looks like a fun trip !!!

    Very first thoughts..Oh isn't he pretty. Sharpness looks fine to me, love that eye!

    Very nice composition, Dan. Simple but elegant. Sharpness looks good to me too.
    There looks to me to be a greenish cast on the yellow of the bird that you might want to remove. Well done!

    Sharpness looks good to me Dan. I love that eye! Wish for a slightly better head angle, but that's about it. Really nice perch too.

    Dan,
    Nice image and beautiful bird. You have a knack for being at the right place at the right time.
    I don't mind the HA too much because the image suggests that the bird is intently focusing on something...like it's next meal.
    Very nicely done!

    Hi, Dan. Great composition, and the exposure looks right on. Man, do I love the eye on this species! I think the sharpness looks pretty good. I agree that the biggest nit is the head angle but I think it's still a quite successful image.
