Nice picture, like the composition and low angle. The line on the horizon crossing the bird my bother some, but I am ok with it. The only thing I may be tempted is two blur/crop the three dark spots, that look like dust spots (and most than likely are not), on the LRC.

Pretty nice low angle. The light coming from behind-right has cast the tail in shadow, but nothing worrisome (just wish it was evenly lit front to back). Keeping the same aspect ratio I would crop top and right, just enough to hide the top brown band. Exposure and sharpness look great.

Love the low angle, light, detail and the gentleness of the water around the bird's feet. I would remove the dark spots and also do a slight touch up to the catchlight. The line in the BG doesn't bother me.

Lovely photo and not much to add. I may be tempted to see how toning the whites down a tad would look. Very nice. Dave

Nice detail, light, and color. Good looking bird too. BG line not an issue for me but I would remove the darker spots. Maybe a little more blur/NR on the BG?

Excellent exposure, pin sharp, showing lovely detail. I like the low angle, and the hint of the waves in the OOF BG. Great image Don.

I should have worded my cropping reason in a better way...it's not the brown band above that bothers me, but the large amount of empty space up there, especially with the subject so low in the frame. In any case the image does not suffer with that band gone after cropping :-)

I think this is great. Light and angle makes this imo. Well done

Love the low angle. I would crop some off the top, to create a more panoramic feel.
Brown band does distract a tad, but can be fixed. Super detail on the bird and love the eye!

Lovely light, and low angle. Ditto Daniel's comments. The bird seems just a tad oversharpened to me.
