Captured at Viera Wetlands on the way down from the Alligator Farm. Luckily, they were in the shade. The BG is sunlit dry grass.

Exposure is great IMO, detail, colors and comp are wonderfull, I'd try to tone down the BG just a very little bit and also I would give the bird another round of NR. Still, great image Fabs! Congratulations!

Wow, he looks small-headed. :) It's great to see that there are some juvenile caracara in the area...so glad that they are breeding successfully as development gets closer to the wetland each year. I agree with Ramon that I would probably tone down the colors in the background since they are a bit on the fluorescent side. Can't wait to see all the new images you created up at the Alligator Farm!

We were really hoping for Crested Caracara in Texas but only really got close to one off the side of the highway once.

Great portrait, I agree with the other comments about toning down the BG but it looks good anyways.
    Wow, hand-held!

Lovely colours - pastels on bird and BG are great - agree on toning down the BG a little but not seeing an issue in need of NR.

This image is killer. I agree that the grass looks a little neon, but the details you have captured in this bird are phenominal.

Excellent detail and exposure on the bird Fabs. I like the pastel colours in the BG, but I would darken the BG a little more.

Super portrait Fabs. Agree on toning the BG down a tad, and also NR on the bird.
