    I saw this beautiful macaw in a birdpark in Germany. After the flight-show he stopped down, taking a snack from a fresh green plant before he had to go back to his home....

    Great details, colors and behavior. I'm usually not a big fan of square crops but it works really well here.

    I think this is one of your best images yet. You had a wonderful bird to photograph.....and it looks like he has performed well. The colors are beautiful, the exposure is on the money, DOF and details are great.....and what a nice treat to see him feeding. Well done!!!
