I like the angle, details, look-back pose and smooth water. I might lighten the eye a bit.
Great low angle, and I like the one-legged pose and the slightly open bill. Agree with Axel about lightening the iris.

Guys, the eyes in the BBP are black. Lightening would be changing the species :)
Love the changing plumage, going into breeding and the balancing pose, getting ready for a nap. Well done!
