Today at Ding Darling. I know there is noise. I need to work on how to remove this. It was a large crop tho, so I'm sure that is where most of it comming from. I just thought pose was comical. Photgraphed using my Sony a100 and Sgma 50-500 lens f/9, 1/1250, -0.3 ev, ISO 400, 500mm. Thanks for looking.

Hi John - tough birds in anything but soft light, I am not on a colour corrected screen at the moment - so i will not comment on whether you have details in your blacks.
Like the three nearly identical poses - all heads are angled slightly away from you though. Id crop some more from the top to give it more of a pano feel and run some noise reduction on the BG.
Looking forward to your next one :)
Hi John,
I like the capture, the head angles are a little off, but I like it because they are all looking in the same direction...The black a are lacking details, you would need to adjust them and a pano crop might work best here, might want to run a pass of noise reduction in the background...looking forward to your next one...good show...:)
Agree with suggestions btw knew the location before I read it !!! :) Exposure is good and shadow detail not all that bad !!! Just run the image through Topaz for the noise !!!
