    Same story as Dogwood. Different flower (the tree is full of them :p). Different angle. Different background.

    Same set up as for Dogwood except no flash.

    1/80 sec @ f/16; ISO 800; 0 EV

    Amazing how a few minor adjustments make such a difference in the final image! I like this one just as much as the first one for the same reasons...nice perfect whites, good detail on the flower, nice OOF BG. This is the "day" image whereas the other was the "let's get dressed up and go out" night image. Still, just as beautiful!

    Beautiful! Love the BG and the white flower as the focus. Nice detail and positioning of the flower.

    Question: How do you take a picture of a Dogwood flower that is on the tree? My dogwood flowers are too high up for anything like this.

    Love the texture on the white petals. The whites have been so well exposed.
